UNIQUE’s mission is to raise the awareness of disabilities and mental health.

The team originally formulated in NYC back in 2019 at the Magnet Theater before making its Pittsburgh debut at Arcade Comedy Theater in 2024.

Each show features 3 monologists sharing their true authentic experience with their disability or mental health disorder.

Playing on the Armando improv form, the cast of improvisers who all have certain disabilities or mental health disorders put together a series of scenes inspired by the monologue
