Sara Umbaugh

Sara Umbaugh's passion for the arts began in 5th grade and continued through high school, participating in a variety of plays and musicals. She honed her improvisational roots at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she was a founding team member and performed for three years. After a hiatus, Sara jumped back into the Pittsburgh scene in 2023, completing the full core curriculum at Arcade Comedy Theater, including specialized labs in Character Work and Short Form Performance. Currently, Sara can be seen performing high-energy short form with Select Start, intimate character-driven scenes with their duo The 717’s, and experimental JTS Brown long form with The Morning Bandits.
