Mary Quick is an improviser, producer, coach, and lifelong maker of silly things. She took an improv class in 2013 to meet people in her new city, and the rest is history. Since then, she’s performed with house and indie teams including Doomscroll, Mini Dungeon, Hadoken, The High Scores, In Another Castle, Nude Beach and several others. Her sketch team, The Big Deal, performed together for six years and toured at several sketch festivals. She’s trained at Arcade, SCIT, Unplanned, UCB, iO, The Annoyance, and has coached short-form teams including Most Murderous Cat and Select Start. She also provides notes for Sketch Lab.
Mary produces B!tch Please and Doomscroll, served as President of Arcade Comedy Theater’s board in 2025, and spent eight years running Arcade’s social media.
She started acting and making videos as a kid continued in high school and college. She went on to produce independent fringe festival theater in Philadelphia, making fundraising videos to help bring those productions to life. She moved to Pittsburgh in 2012 and has been making things and telling stories in the comedy community ever since.
At the center of it all, Mary loves helping people find their voice, find their people, and have a good time.
