A decade of really funny stuff.
Arcade Comedy Theater invites you to celebrate of our community, our nonprofit mission, and our multifaceted art form with four days of performances, events, and exhibits. It all starts Thursday, November 2 and runs through Sunday, November 5.
Arcade began with a goal to serve the people of Pittsburgh by elevating the art of comedy, and 10 years on, we are proud of the impact we make by centering joy and laughter. Join us for a lot of fun and funny as we thank our artists and audiences for a decade of play.
Tickets are on sale now, and over the weeks to come we will be sharing even more surprises about the events we have planned.

Warm Up ACT with Nonsense

A night for wild antics and untested comedy. Every “Your ACT” starts with new acts signing up in advance. The evening is curated and wrangled by celebrated improv comedy duo Nonsense. It’s the perfect way to see brand new material and comedy experiments.

House Team Hot Spot: Anniversary Hotties

Arcade’s house team program features four different troupes, totaling over 35 performers! For our anniversary, we are mixing up all of the teams into a special jam night that highlights both short form games and long form scenes. It’s a perfect way to see the amazing talent within our home-grown improv program.

The Anniversary Variety Pack

The reigning queen of drag at Arcade, Chi Chi, hosts a classic variety show filled with surprise guests, short and sweet acts, and lots of must-see comedy. See performances from the sketch comedy collective Moop Troop, a musical performance from babyGRAND (Connor McCanlus and Missy Moreno) and an all-star short form improv comedy set!

The Stand-Up Laboratory

The Laboratory is where comedy comes alive! Take a peek into the joke-writing process as stand-up comics from around Pittsburgh take the stage to present their brand new material. The jokes you hear tonight could end up being a part of a comedian’s next big stand-up special!

Unlocking 811

Join us for a special late night event back where it all started: Arcade Comedy Theater is returning to 811 Liberty Avenue (now known as Liberty Magic) for a one-night-only (ever?) performance!
Hosted by the dynamic duo of Brad Stephenson and Jalina McClarin, “Unlocking 811” invites you to an after-hours exclusive event filled with improv, stand-up and a few surprises.
We’ve been given the keys to our old building, and so our headlining performance will be a Key Party: pairs of improvisers will be dropping their names in to a hat to cast the show. Including duos Abby Fudor and John Feighter; Jerome Fitzgerald and Anna C Reilly; Erica Sera and Nick Jaramillo; Cindy Dallas and Tayja Simmons; Mike Rubino and Tyler Ray Kendrick. The evening also includes a set from comedian Sean Collier and magic from Lee Terbosic — both of whom originally performed at Arcade’s grand opening 10 years ago!
Your ticket price includes two adult beverages (champagne or beer!) and a dessert from Cafe iO — the proceeds of the ticket benefit Arcade Comedy Theater.

You're the Next Contestant: Family Feud

A live game show where YOU could be on stage and win big! Arcade’s classic production You’re the Next Contestant returns to the stage for a brand new performance of “Family Feud.” Featuring comedy teams fielded by two Arcade co-founders, Abby Fudor and Mike Rubino. Hosted by Jennifer Holz and Fred Frances with technical production by Aaron Tarnow.

Irony City presents an Anniversary Improv Showcase!
November 4 at 8:00PM
The veteran improv comedy troupe Irony City has been a part of the comedy community since before Arcade even existed — and since we’ve opened our doors, they’ve been monthly performers on our stages. They’ll be headlining the evening with special guest KDKA weatherman Ron Smiley! The evening also includes BIPOCalypse, Ricky Romance, and 8-Bit!

Level Up Stand-Up

One of Arcade’s longest running stand-up comedy showcases, Level Up presents our favorite comics in a special “pass-the-mic” format. A perfect way to close out your Saturday night in our second floor theater — a room comics say is the “best room for comedy” in the city. Find out for yourself!
Featuring headliner Aaron Kleiber with Brittany Alexis, Lorenzo DiSilvio, Aarik Nesby, Jason Clark, Melanie White and more.

Join us for one more show this weekend – a family-friend matinee that is as laid back and welcoming as it gets. “the smallest show in town” features live Americana and roots music mixed with sketches and audience interaction. It’s like Prairie Home Companion with a Pittsburgh twist.
